Freeman people really do make the impossible possible for customers every day. To make that happen, we recruit a diverse team of individuals with a wide variety of skills and talents. Meet some of them here and see what they like about the Freeman culture.

"Freeman is a friendly environment that allows you to grow and excel. To this day, after 12 years with Freeman, it still amazes me how incredibly friendly my fellow employees are. They are always willing to help, share a story or simply give you a boost on a tough day. Also, the financial stability of Freeman is a benefit you can't find in many companies today."
— Rick
"When I came to work for Freeman, I was looking for a change. What I found was an industry and company that changed frequently. Changing equipment, changing technology, new customers and rapid growth create interesting challenges. The one thing that made those challenges manageable is a commitment from every employee to do what is necessary to make sure our customers are more than satisfied. It is this commitment that has kept me with the Freeman companies for more than 10 years."
— Sean
"I started working with Freeman right after college. It was my first ‘real' job after graduation. I thought I'd stay for a few years, gain some experience and then move on. Now 18 ½ years later, I'm still here and still enjoying it. I consider my co-workers my second family. There is never a dull moment with my Freeman family, it's always an adventure."
— Lubi
"I enjoy working for Freeman because I know Freeman is looking out for my future as well as the company's future."
— Annette
"People always say that the people working for a company are what make it successful. This is the first company I have worked for where I truly believe that. The Freeman culture is that of people genuinely caring about one another. Professionally and personally, I have always felt supported and encouraged here. Our employees are invested and want to be part of Freeman's continued success."
— Claudia
"In 1977, I was a single mother with two small kids looking for a job. Sitting behind a desk from 8-5 really didn't appeal to me. Freeman sounded like a different kind of company that had many moving parts and lots of fun, hardworking people. I figured I could find a ‘home' there and I was right! That same variety of opportunities is one of the main reasons I'm still here. It's rare that a person can say they have loved their job for 30 years, but at Freeman, nothing is impossible!"
— Katy
"I wanted to work for a company that puts the customer first. A company that does stays in business for a long time, grows and makes a profit on an annual basis consistently. Moreover, companies who put the customer first usually empower their employees to make decisions to solve problems. For me, Freeman meets those criteria."
— Jay
"I have been working for Freeman for over 2 ½ years. During this time, I have been given numerous opportunities to take on other responsibilities. The growth potential within Freeman is tremendous and I find it very inspirational to be a part of that growth."
— Chakietha
"I joined Freeman to put my degree in Radio/TV Film to work, but getting to visit every major city in the U.S. was an unexpected perk. What I like best about the company is the camaraderie. Employees are all well informed and have the same goals in mind for our clients as for our company — great service, professionalism, integrity and industry leadership, to name a few."
— Rodney
