Q: How long before I hear from someone?
A:  If your skills and qualifications match that of the position you applied for a recruiter will contact you.

Q: I am interested in multiple positions. Do I need to apply separately for each one?
A: Yes.  In order to be considered for a specific position, an online application for that specific job must be completed because each job has a specific set of screening questions you must answer in order to be considered.

Q: Can I fax a copy of my resume and cover letter rather than completing the online application?
A: No, all applicants must apply through the website in order to be considered.

Q:  How do I know if I¿m qualified for a position?
A:  Each position lists the qualifications necessary for that specific position. If your qualifications match, and you're interested in that position, you should submit your resume.

Q:  How can I get my resume noticed?

A:  Because Freeman recruiters may search submitted resumes by KEYWORD, it is important to include all appropriate keywords, acronyms, and industry-specific terms in your resume. In fact, it is more important (at this stage of the process) to include all KEYWORDS related to your experience than to have a perfectly formatted resume.
